You can request access to a Sandbox environment to explore and test Captain Data’s features in a safe, isolated workspace.

🧠 What is the Sandbox?

The Sandbox is a separate, dedicated testing environment designed for development, integration testing, and demonstrations. It’s useful if you want to:

  • Build a proof of concept (PoC)

  • Test API integrations

  • Run internal demos or client presentations

Each sandbox operates independently from your main workspace to help you segregate development from production usage.

⚙️ What you get in the Sandbox

When your request is approved, you’ll receive:

  • ✅ A new workspace (fully separated from your main account)

  • 🔑 A dedicated API key for each user (ideal for keeping dev and prod isolated)

  • 🧾 Access to test Captain Data’s features just like a real account

  • ⏳ The ability to switch freely between your production and sandbox workspaces

🔒 Usage Limitations

Please keep in mind:

  • Each sandbox is limited to 100 credits

  • This environment is strictly for testing and development only

  • We may decline requests depending on your use case or workload

  • Sandbox credits are non-renewable, so use them wisely

💡 Tip: If you’re integrating Captain Data into a workflow or API, take the credit limit into account and throttle your requests accordingly.
