How-to Reconnect a Google Sheets Account

If you're experiencing errors on your automations using Google Sheets, please follow these instructions:

1. Delete your account on the platform

Go to the Integrations tab and look for your Google Sheets account. Then, click on the delete icon on the right:

Look for the Captain Data app and click on“Remove access”:

3. Go back on Captain Data in the Integrations tab.

In the Google Sheets integration, click on“Connect a New Account”.

Then, link your account to your user and create a name for your account:

Finally, click on“Configure with Google”and follow the steps.
